I have extensive experience as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and Senior Physiotherapist, providing evidence-based care, managing complex MSK conditions, and coordinating referrals for investigations and specialist treatments — so you get the right care, at the right time, without unnecessary delays.

If investigations (X-ray, MRI, blood tests) or specialist referrals are needed, Rohan will coordinate these on your behalf.
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your history, symptoms, posture, movement, and function. Rohan will provide a diagnosis, explain your condition clearly, and start hands-on treatment in the same session — so you leave having already begun your recovery, not just with advice to "wait and see."
This depends entirely on your condition, severity, and how your body responds to treatment. Many acute injuries resolve within 4–6 sessions. Chronic conditions may require more. Rohan will give you a realistic estimate at your first appointment and review this with you regularly — there are no unnecessary sessions.
